1. Are there any recurring payments involved with my purchase?

    Yes, there is a $7.99 per month charge for ongoing updates and access to support. The first month is free and you can cancel at any time. So you can purchase the theme for $35 and cancel your subscription before the month is over and you will not be charged the first payment of $7.99. If you cancel, you can still use the themes you’ve purchased and your theme will remain functional at the latest version that you have. However you will no longer have access to​ theme updates, any file downloads,​ or support.​

    Yes, you can cancel at any time. To cancel your subscription, log into your account and view the subscription you want to cancel. Once on the subscription detail page, you can click cancel.

  4. After I cancelled my subscription, the status shows as “Pending Cancellation”. What does this mean?

    A status of “Pending Cancellation” means that although your subscription will not automatically renew again, you will continue to receive access to your theme download for the prepaid term of the subscription. When your current subscription term (the ongoing month) ends, your subscription will be cancelled completely and you will no longer have access to the theme.

  5. Can I renew my subscription after cancelling it?

    We would love to have you back. You can renew your subscription for a theme by contacting us. We would be sure to respond within 24 hours of your request.

  6. What is the advantage of keeping the subscription?

    Apart from the fact that you can contact support with any question regarding the theme, its usage and configuration and get advise on customization, you get constant updates to the theme which may include new features, bug fixes, security patches and improvements. For about 25 cents a day, your theme will stay up to date and you will have access to ongoing updates for the product.

  7. What is covered under support?

    We will help you with any issues you have with the setup, configuration, and use of the theme. Will will resolve any bugs that you may stumble upon in a timely manner and suggest solutions to any specific problems you may face.

  8. What is not covered by support?

    We are unable to provide support for customizations. So if you have made changes to the theme, we will be limited to supporting the product that was not modified and cannot advise you on the modifications made. Also, if you need specific customizations to the theme, they will not be covered under our support policy. If you are unfamiliar with code and templates and resolving potential conflicts, you will need to contact a developer.   9. How do I get my money back if I am not satisfied?

    We would love to help you resolve any issues and please get in touch with us if you need any assistance with the theme. If you’re still not satisfied and the theme is not working out for your needs, we would be happy to refund your purchase if you make a refund request within 14 days (2 weeks) or the original purchase. After 2 weeks, we will not be able to refund the original cost of the theme but we can help you cancel your subscription so you do not get charged for support at the end of the month.

  10. How many sites can I use the theme on?

    All of our themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. You may modify and use the themes on an unlimited number of websites and domains.

  11. Am I allowed to remove the copyright info at the bottom?

    All our themes come with a default copyright notice at the bottom. You can change it or remove it by going to Appearance->Customize->Copyright.

  12. How do I upgrade the theme or download the latest version?

    If the theme has an update available, a notification will appear on your Dashboard. You can then log into your LyraThemes account at https://www.lyrathemes.com/my-account/ and download the latest version. The latest version will be the one available for download – older versions are not maintained or made available for download.
